The roof of our Green Homes has 2 kinds of solar power technology - solar thermal panels to heat water for use in the apartment and photovoltaic panels to produce electricity.&lt;br /&gt;The Green Homes have a host of environment friendly features, from super insulation and individual radiator controls to save on fuel use, to water butts to capture rainwater and spray taps to reduce consumption. With average annual household fuel bills set to top £1,000, these features will mean huge savings for our Green Home residents. It has the ability to promote the migration of moisture through the structure.
